This conference is designed to equip instructional leaders with the knowledge, systems, and strategies needed to make a meaningful impact on teaching and learning. Participants will explore how to establish a strong foundation during their first 30 days as an instructional leader, build effective systems for supporting educators, and use student data to identify needs, guide instructional decisions, and measure impact.
You can register for the full day or partial day. Both sessions will be facilitated by Michelle Harris.
Morning (8:30-11:30) The First 30 Days of Instructional Leadership
What should the first 30 days look like for a new or developing instructional leader? Explore key priorities, relationship-building strategies, and practical steps for establishing a strong foundation, building trust, understanding school needs, and setting yourself up for long-term success.

Afternoon (12:30-3:30) Building Effective Instructional Leadership Systems
Explore systems and structures that make instructional leadership sustainable and impactful. Learn how to use student data to identify priorities, support instructional growth, monitor progress, and make informed decisions that ultimately improve outcomes for students.
