1. The G.R.O.W. 2.0 Beginning Teacher Training Series is designed to help teachers who have a minimum of 1 year of classroom teaching experience gain confidence and skills throughout the school year.

Let's keep growing together! Keep the momentum going all year long!

Hosted by the Intermountain ESD Instructional Coaching team, this monthly virtual series offers early-career teachers a consistent, low-stakes space to pause, reflect, and sharpen their practice.

Each one-hour session focuses on high-leverage instructional strategies and timely topics relevant to the natural rhythm of the school year. While sessions can be taken individually, participants are highly encouraged to register for multiple (or all) dates. Attending regularly helps build a true community of practice-a reliable network of supportive peers across our region to collaborate with, share resources, and problem-solve alongside all year long.

What to Expect:

1. Bite-Sized & Accessible: Just one hour, once a month, completely virtual.
2. Just-in-Time Learning: Practical strategies you can implement in your classroom the very next day.
3. Collaborative Community: A dedicated space to connect with fellow early-career educators across the IMESD footprint.
