🌟 Purpose of the ELL PLC

This regional ELL PLC is designed specifically for educators who work directly with English Language Learners / Multilingual Learners. Together, we will:

1. 🤝 Collaborate with other ELL teachers and specialists across districts
2. 📚 Share ELL-specific resources, instructional strategies, and tools
3. 🧠 Discuss problems of practice related to language development, access to grade-level content, assessment, and compliance
4. 🌱 Learn from one another’s experiences supporting multilingual students
5. 🔗 Build a strong regional network of ELL professionals
