RE: OSBA Fall Regional Meetings (Legislative Roadshow)

· Thursday, October 24, 2024 –Morrow & Umatilla Counties’
The Oregon School Boards Association has asked InterMountain ESD to coordinate their Fall Regional Meetings (Legislative Roadshow) for district superintendents and school board members. There will be two meetings again this year.
· Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Eastern Oregon University; Hoke Union Building Room #339
· Thursday, October 24, 2024, at the Pendleton Convention Center; Rooms 1-4
Dinner at 6:00 p.m. and meetings at 6:30p.m. The meetings will last approximately 90 minutes, OSBA is hoping to make them an interactive conversation with time for feedback from participants.

Due to catering requirements, please note the following:
· Dinner will be provided in Pendleton and La Grande for a cost of approximately $28 per person.
· IMESD will bill districts for registered participants in their district
· Districts cancelling after the October 8th will be charged for meals of registrants.
